Mable has been sick for the better part of a week, but she woke up today happy and ready to play and enjoy her very first thanksgiving. she gobbled up that leftover turkey with great enthusiasm. I am so thankful to have my smiling, eating, not so sleepy baby back.
Elise and Tori were pretty excited to rake the leaves and jump in the pile. Clara wanted nothing to do with it! She was determined to be my little helper today and stay inside.
Last week we celebrated Josh’s birthday! The girls were thrilled to count out 35 candles and stick them in the cake. As a birthday present to himself, Josh told the girls to brush their own teeth…
Clara needed a little help getting cleaned up afterwards.
Last week was also another week of firsts. Clara has been waiting impatiently for dance to start. Elise started a few weeks ago and Clara was counting down the days until her turn. the trouble with counting down the days before you know how to count is that you think each and every day must finally be the one. when the day finally came I asked her what she was most excited about, and she replied ‘to be a ‘bean-erina’ and do a ‘bean-erina’ dance.”
Tori started dance again last week too, but she had something else to be a little more excited about!
Her very first day of PRESCHOOL!!! She had a fantastic time!
I think we are finally getting our technical difficulties sorted out and I should be able to post more often now. heres hoping i didn’t speak too soon!

How sweet it is looking good! Grampa Gee
